About your Personal autographed Copy

Submit the number of the expression you wish in your book along with the name you wish it made out to. If you choose number 6. write it exactly as you wish it to read with quotation marks at the beginning and end of your expression. Include the name you wish it made out to along with a mailing address you wish the book shipped to.

Submit the information to the author at johnben wilhelm@gmail.com. You will receive an acknowledgement and an invoice for $7.99 plus shipping, payable via PAYPAL. Your book will arrive by USPS mail in approximately 10 days.
Shipping will be determined by distance to destination, however not more than $3.95 in the continental United States. You may request a quote for overseas shipping costs.
